Telesales/Customer Service Advisor

Location: Ilfracombe, EX34
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Due to exciting business growth; we are looking to recruit a Part Time Telesales Representative. (Flexible days and hours between: Sunday – Friday 8am – 10pm) for an immediate start. Previous telephone experience preferred but not essential.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Order capture and input from inbound and outbound calls
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Upselling to achieve sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Excellent lines of communication to the field sales team and internal departments
  • General administrative tasks
