Following an internal promotion, we now have a vacancy for a Director of Sales to help lead and support our field-based sales team, who are already well-established and successful.
This role will report directly to the managing director, work closely with other directors, the senior leadership team and department heads.

This is a field-based Business Development Manager role. You will be expected to manage and upsell to existing customers, find prospects and win new business within your defined geographical area: Cotswolds, Oxford, Gloucestershire.
You will aim to exceed sales and margin targets, and identify category gaps, set objectives, and successfully secure new sales to existing customers to maximise average drop value. You will report to the Sales Director, and will be supported by a designated teleseller.
