We have a vacancy for a part-time HR manager to develop and implement our people agenda for the future. We already have a clear idea about the principles by which we operate and have made significant changes in the last 18 months. We are now about to embark upon the next leg of our journey and are looking for the right person to navigate us there with people at the heart of our agenda.
Whilst we are happy to accommodate a level of homeworking, the role will require periodic site visits, to both Oxford and Ilfracombe.
The successful candidate will report directly to the MD, and will work closely with other directors, the senior leadership team and department heads. We are looking for someone who is at ease with matters from the strategic to the operational, with a hands on approach.
You should be able to embrace and enhance our current processes, implement tools to both train & develop our team and drive business improvements. In addition to focusing on our existing team, your other key priority will be to establish ways to attract and retain our team of the future.
