Purchasing and Supply Chain teams are based in our Kidlington depot. This is a core part of our business, responsible for stock, ordering and liaising with both suppliers and internal teams on a daily basis to provide a smooth service to our customers.

Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Kidlington
Job Type: Full or part-time, Temporary

A new role has been created within the supply chain department, and we are now looking for a personable and capable administrator to support the team. For the right candidate we are willing to offer flexible working and offer full or part time hours.

The primary focus of the role is to:

  • Book in and chase inbound supplier deliveries
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm receipt of orders and confirm availability of goods
  • Deal with day to day queries from colleagues and suppliers
  • Help manage the supply-chain group mailbox
  • General administrative tasks
